Replace complex login methods with a simplified biometric login and phone number login. This eliminates the necessity for card numbers, manual staff input, or usernames, enhancing both security and Pacific Coffee member’s convenience.

During registration, gather Pacific Coffee members’ preferences, such as their preferred coffee type (e.g., americano or latte) and customization choices (e.g., no milk or reduced sugar). Provide a “Favorite List” feature that enables customers to save their preferred coffee selections, ensuring swift and hassle-free ordering.

Quota Management

Create a quota management system to oversee online orders, guaranteeing efficient order processing without exceeding the coffee shop’s capacity. Pacific Coffee can enhance ingredient management by manually or automatically marking items such as cream or milk as unavailable when they are out of stock. This ensures that customers cannot select and purchase items that are currently unavailable.

Coffee Subscription Program

Customers have the option to subscribe to either a monthly standard or premium plan, which includes a set quantity of coffee and additional perks. For instance, by subscribing to the premium plan, customers can enjoy 30 cups of drinks per month, receive a special birthday surprise, and qualify for cash rebates. This subscription model guarantees a consistent revenue stream and fosters member loyalty through ongoing participation.

Interactive Gamification Experience

Pacific Coffee introduces an engaging interactive game within its ecosystem that encourages customers to locate QR codes within the store. Members can use this technology to discover QR codes and earn rewards. Additionally, Pacific Coffee offers incentives to individuals who achieve a daily step count exceeding 10,000 steps, with their progress being tracked by the system.
