Comprehensive Member
Profile Collection

Collect detailed information about parents, including fathers and babies. This includes data such as pregnancy status, estimated delivery time, and method of delivery (natural or C-section). This information will be used for targeted campaigns and personalized content.

Age Tracking

Use the collected data to estimate the baby’s age and provide relevant information. For instance, send reminders about when to start using baby powder or when to change to a different type. Targeted campaigns can be created based on the baby’s age, offering relevant products or tips

Wallet Integration

Integrated the E-Wallet system within the Apta Club membership site, allowing members to add funds and make purchases seamlessly. This wallet can be used to buy products, access premium content, or redeem vouchers

Versatile Voucher System

Implement a voucher system that works across both the online and offline channels.  Apta Club members can acquire and redeem vouchers for product discounts or exclusive promotions, such as discounts on milk powder for infants aged 0-6 months. These vouchers should be easily accessible within the member wallet

Consolidated Member
Data Across Channels

Create a centralized customer database that harmonizes member profiles, including name, member ID, toddler age, maternal status, and more, regardless of whether Apta Club members make purchases online or in-store. This guarantees that members won’t need to repeatedly input their information and ensures a consistent experience across all channels

Interactions for
Apta Club Members

Offer classes like C-Section recovery sessions, emotional control for new parents, and more exclusively for Apta Club members. Members can easily sign up for these classes. Upon registration, they will receive timely reminders as the class dates approach. Additionally, Apta Club members can participate in quizzes and, upon successful completion, receive complimentary gifts like milk powder samples
