Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system employs a structured point-based currency system, wherein specific calculations and point valuations are predefined. For instance, each dollar spent corresponds to 5 points, and the value of one point is set at $0.10.

Members swiftly accumulate points via diverse activities like purchases (online or in-store), instantly reflected in their accounts. Our versatile rewards setup includes distinct point types – ‘purchase points,’ ‘campaign points,’ and ‘referral points’ – ensuring a holistic and rewarding experience, tailored to different activities for enhanced member benefits.

Our CRM loyalty program streamlines user satisfaction by automatically issuing points to accounts based on scheduled or preset awards for specific actions.  Welcoming new members with initiation points sparks positivity and a warm program entry. Moreover, birthday points add a personalized touch, strengthening member engagement. Our focus is on fostering enjoyable and rewarding interactions.

Within our loyalty program, members can access additional points based on their membership tiers. Depending on their tier, date, time, product type, special occasions, or days, they can earn 2X, 3X, or even 5X points. For example, Gold members receive 3X points on electronics, while Platinum members earn 5X points on fashion purchases. 

Our CRM system serves as a points bank, allowing brand partnerships and co-creation of customer value. Points can be exchanged at predefined values between different brands, fostering seamless systems integration. In action, customers can effortlessly exchange their earned points with partner brands at predefined rates, such as Flight Tickets, Concert Tickets, Cruise Tickets, Travel Tickets, Waterpark VIP Pass, Electrical Appliance and more.

Members can participate in missions and goals, such as completing their profile, referring a friend, sharing on social media, or making a new purchase. This interaction-driven or behavior-driven approach strengthens the connection between the brand and the member, with pre-set events and rewards. 

Fixed Expiration and Dynamic Expiration. Fixed Expiration involves a set timeframe for points to expire; Dynamic Expiration takes into account individual member activity, aligning point validity with ongoing interactions. These discourage excessive accumulation while motivating members to make timely purchases or redemptions. To ensure members stay informed, we offer various channels for Expiration reminders, including in-app notifications and emails. 

Our CRM-driven loyalty program provides seamless point monitoring. Members open and access their detailed point history, spanning earnings, redemptions, and expirations. With easy filtering, they review daily, monthly, or yearly records. Data includes outlets used, purchase times, and more, offering a full loyalty snapshot.
