Profile Collection

We designed a system to collect detailed information about members, including parents, fathers, and babies. This data includes pregnancy status, estimated delivery time, and delivery method (natural or C-section). This rich member profile allows Aptamil to create highly targeted campaigns and offer personalized content to its users.

Pregnancy and Baby Age Tracking for the Apta Community

By using the collected data, we help Aptamil track the baby’s age and provide relevant updates. For example, parents can receive timely reminders about when to start using baby powder or when to switch to a new product type. Targeted campaigns are then crafted based on the baby’s age, ensuring that the content, products, and tips are always relevant.

Apta Club Member
Wallet Integration

We integrated an e-wallet system into the Apta Club membership site, enabling members to easily add funds and make purchases. The wallet can be used to buy products, access exclusive content, and redeem vouchers, making the shopping experience more convenient and engaging for members.

Versatile Voucher System on the Membership Platform

Aptamil wanted a voucher system that worked seamlessly across both online and offline channels. We created a system where Apta Club members could acquire and redeem vouchers for discounts or exclusive promotions, such as discounts on milk powder for infants aged 0-6 months. These vouchers are easily accessible within the member wallet, ensuring a smooth experience regardless of where members shop.

Consolidated Member
Data Across Channels

We developed a centralized customer database that consolidates member profiles, including name, member ID, toddler age, and maternal status. Whether members shop online or in-store, their information is harmonized across all channels, ensuring they never have to re-enter their details and providing a consistent experience every time they interact with Aptamil.

Content & Interactions for Membership Program Members

We added features to provide Apta Club members with access to exclusive classes, such as C-section recovery sessions and emotional support for new parents. Members can easily sign up for these classes and receive timely reminders as the class dates approach. Additionally, Apta Club members can participate in quizzes and earn complimentary gifts, like milk powder samples, when they complete them successfully.
