KlikNGo built a new Gold Membership platform to replace the legacy app. It integrates with the corporate website and the membership app, consolidating databases and operational workflows into a single, reliable CRM backbone. During registration, members provide email and mobile details and grant explicit consent via a customizable form. Henderson Land Group can then send targeted email and SMS campaigns, fully consented and privacy-compliant to drive engagement, promotions, and lifecycle loyalty journeys.

and Wallet Feature

Each member receives a unique E-Membership card and ID inside their profile. The e-card works as proof of membership at offline events, while the E-Wallet stores unredeemed vouchers and shows redemption history, making benefits easy to find, track, and use.

A built-in voucher management system generates, distributes, and validates rewards. Members redeem directly on the site; staff confirm with a passcode to prevent misuse. This closes the loop between offer, redemption, and CRM reporting for accurate loyalty analytics.
