Our team designed a centralized, secure voucher campaign platform to streamline registration and redemption. The system unifies profiles, prevents abuse, and speeds up on-site flow—improving both visitor experience and operational oversight.

Seamless Voucher Importation for HKTB
As HKTB launched multiple tourism packages, large volumes of existing vouchers had to be brought online. KlikNGo enables bulk import and synchronization across online and offline channels, including partner vouchers, so distribution to HKTB members stays accurate and up to date.

Efficient Voucher Distribution via Form Builder
Using the campaign/form builder, HKTB can set rules for email and SMS delivery. When conditions are met, vouchers are sent automatically; staff can also register members manually after collecting data. This keeps distribution consistent and measurable inside the CRM system.

Offline Registration for Voucher Distribution
For booths and branch sign-ups, data syncs in real time with the central system. To prevent duplicate accounts and double redemption, we applied OCR-assisted ID capture. Profiles and activity are tracked in a unified dashboard for detailed analysis and loyalty follow-ups.

Voucher Blasting
We integrated HKTB with Emarsys to “blast” vouchers to existing members while tracking each voucher’s status—viewed, redeemed, or ignored. This closes the loop beyond sending, providing end-to-end visibility for campaign reporting and optimization.
