We initiated an event for Nestlé where customers who purchase a product with new packaging can input the 8-digit numbers from the packaging to earn additional points in their membership program. These points can be redeemed for rewards, including NESCAFÉ® laptop bags, NESCAFÉ® notebooks, partner cash vouchers, cash discounts, and a total of over 10,000 prizes.

Member Registration
A landing page for Nestlé’s member registration program has been developed to facilitate customer participation in the membership site. Upon purchasing a product with new packaging from Nestlé, customers can scan the QR code on the product. This code will direct them to the member registration page, allowing them to engage in the new packaging awareness campaign.

Our system successfully integrated Nestlé’s offline and online platforms, allowing accurate recording of points earned through product purchases or event participation. A centralized reward handling portal was implemented for this event, ensuring precision in tracking and managing reward quotas.
