E-Gift Card Solution

Upon registration, customers are introduced to E-Gift cards, which can be used across transactions and even shared with friends. Customers can also purchase gift cards, using them for partial payments while covering the remainder with cash.

Loyalty Card and
E-Wallet Integration

Customers benefit from an E-Wallet feature that allows them to top up their loyalty cards. Earned points come with dynamic expiry dates, encouraging timely use. To enhance security, customers must verify their phone numbers to access their wallets. Additionally, customer attributes are automatically assigned via tags, which aids in targeted marketing.

We also helped Pacific Coffee by implementing a content placeholder feature, allowing them to insert targeted content like promotional offers, rewards, and initiatives. For instance, new customers may receive personalized campaigns, ensuring content resonates with each customer segment’s preferences.

Efficient Coffee Pre-Ordering

A pre-ordering feature has been introduced that uses GPS to help customers select the nearest branch for pickup. Customers can choose and customize their coffee preferences ahead of time, allowing Pacific Coffee to prepare their orders in advance for a faster experience.

Secure App Login

The app now features a simplified login process using biometrics or a phone number, eliminating the need for card numbers, manual staff input, or usernames. This not only enhances security but also makes the login experience more convenient for Pacific Coffee members.

Personalized Preference Gathering

During registration, members can specify their coffee preferences (e.g., Americano or latte) and customization options (e.g., no milk or reduced sugar). A “Favorite List” feature allows customers to save their preferred selections for quick and easy ordering in the future.

Restaurant Quota Management

A quota management system has been created to track and manage online orders, ensuring that the coffee shop’s capacity isn’t exceeded. The system can also flag unavailable items, such as milk or cream, ensuring customers don’t try to order out-of-stock items.

Coffee Subscription Program

Customers can choose between a monthly standard or premium subscription, which includes a set number of drinks and added perks. For example, the premium plan offers 30 cups per month, a special birthday surprise, and cash rebates. This subscription model creates a reliable revenue stream while promoting customer loyalty.

Interactive
Gamification Experience

To make the experience even more engaging, we’ve helped Pacific Coffee introduce a fun interactive game where customers can scan QR codes in the store to earn rewards. Also, customers who exceed 10,000 steps in a day are rewarded, with the system tracking their progress. This gamified experience adds an extra layer of enjoyment for members.
