Building a Consumer Platform Outside Retailer Systems
The Garden Club App is a receipt-based loyalty program built entirely outside any retailer system, where proof of purchase, not a retailer card, earns points. Built on KlikNGo’s loyalty program platform, it gives consumers a reason to register directly with The Garden by uploading receipts, rewards that behaviour through tiers, vouchers, exclusive gifts and lucky draws, and gives outlet staff a tool to validate redemptions in person. The app achieved 30,000+ cumulative member growth within 6 Months.
OCR Receipt Scanning Across 10+ Retail Chains
The OCR engine accepts receipts from over 10 major retail chains across Hong Kong, including Wellcome, PARKnSHOP, 7-Eleven, AEON, OK, Taste, Market Place, Fusion, YATA, and other leading supermarkets and convenience store groups. These chains operate wide branch networks across the city, allowing the system to recognise different merchant names, branch addresses, payment methods, purchase dates and times, and receipt numbers to reduce duplicate or abusive reward claims. In just five months, consumers uploaded over 30,000 receipts through the Garden Club App.
Rewarding Every Purchase and Engagement Across All Tiers
The Garden Club App offers always-on, limited-time and member-exclusive rewards for both consumers and outlet staff. Members earn points through receipt uploads, lucky draws, missions, profile completion and spending, with Gold Tier members unlocking better offers and more point-earning opportunities.Staff Tier members receive separate rewards including staff vouchers, monthly vouchers and birthday vouchers. Rewarded profile missions have achieved 85% completion, helping The Garden capture valuable first-party data.
In-Store Loyalty Program System: KlikNGo's
Merchant App
KlikNGo provides a dedicated merchant redemption app for The Garden’s outlet staff, separate from the member-facing Garden Club App. Staff can scan and validate in-store voucher redemptions in real time, preventing reuse and verifying the correct member account before any reward action. They can also review member profiles, points balance, tier status, reward history, and transactions, helping The Garden close the in-store loyalty loop without costly POS integration.
